In a video from final November, Lennox explained her preference to wear a shirt. "Many people have been [HIV positive]. In fact, 22 million people in sub-Saharan Africa have been now HIV positive. I'm wearing this in oneness with them since it's really tough when we have been HIV certain to be open about your status," she says.
